Returns Policy
Clothes and Gifts may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt unopened or unused; Designer Jewelry may be returned within 30 days of receipt, but not Body Jewelry. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping
We charge a flat fee of $5 for shipping in the US, $20 for International orders. We ship USPS.
Inventory
Not all items in our online store are in-stock at our Allston location; certain items (such as solid gold jewelry) are shipped directly to you upon order for your convenience and cost savings!
Although we keep our online store up-to-date, not all items are always available in all sizes or configurations from our suppliers; if we need to contact you we will try via phone or email prior to fulfilling your order.
